CCSD Training Camps and Events – Policies, Terms and Conditions
RESERVATIONS
Registrations for CCSD Training Camps are made online through our registration portal. Please note that our portal charges us a transaction fee of 3.5%, which is payable by you.
CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS - Training Camps
In the unfortunate event that you must cancel a training camp reservation made with us, CCSD will charge a cancellation fee dependent on the confirmed cancellation date. Fees are outlined below.
Cancellations must be sent by email to jo@ccsd.com. A ‘confirmed cancellation’ notice will be issued to you by email on receipt.
Confirmed cancellation date Cancellation fee per participant
(days before training camp start date)
61 + full refund
31 – 60 25% of total camp fee
15 – 30 50% of total camp fee
less that 15 days 100% of total camp fee
CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS - Events
CCSD does not offer refunds for cancellations of events. You may transfer for you entry to another person or another year for a small admin fee. Please contact us for further details.
TRANSFERS TO ANOTHER TRAINING CAMP
In the event that you need to cancel your attendance at a training camp you may transfer to another CCSD Training Camp ‘the Transfer Camp’ being run within the next 12 months without penalty.
Multiple training camp transfers are not allowed and in the event that you subsequently cannot attend the Transfer Camp the cancellation policies noted above will apply, based on the later cancellation date of either the initial training camp or the Transfer Camp.
Exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, terrorism, civil unrest or personal emergencies. Percentage charges are calculated on total training camp price. No refund can be made for arriving late or leaving a training camp early.
We make every effort to run training camps even with a low number of clients, however in the highly unlikely event that minimum numbers are not reached we reserve the right to cancel a training camp in which case a full refund of all amounts paid by clients to CCSD will be made. CCSD cannot be held responsible for other expenses incurred by clients that are incurred in preparation for any cancelled training camp, such as (but not limited to) airline tickets or travel insurance.
CCSD reserves the right to make changes to routes, hotels, itinerary, or other such items on a training camp schedule where we believe it will make for a better camp for all clients.
FORCE MAJEURE
CCSD cannot be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity
Training camp clients are required to wear a helmet while cycling.
You are responsible for your own property, and you will not hold CCSD responsible for any losses or damages to personal property which occur during travel to or from a CCSD Training Camp or within a CCSD Training Camp.
To the extent permitted by the law, you release CCSD (including their directors, officers, employees, consultants, contractors, agents and volunteers) from any liability for any damage, loss, liability or injury you may suffer in relation to your participation in the CCSD Training Camp. You accept responsibility for your own actions.
You agree to compensate CCSD for any damage, loss, liability or injury CCSD or anyone else may suffer as a result of your willful, reckless or negligent acts or omissions during a CCSD Training Camp.
